Ardesia Design was commissioned by a real estate investment fund to furnish and decorate ten apartments located in the same building, in the centre of Luxembourg.

Every flat was fully decorated, including bedlinens, towels, and kitchenware, so that tenants could move in straight away.  The brief of the project was to create a modern yet soft look using products supplied by various manufacturers across Europe.

Each of the apartments consists of one and two bedrooms and two bathrooms of which one is an en-suite for the master bedroom.

Open-plan kitchen and dining space were fully equipped with kitchenware essentials. Wooden stools matching the finish of the kitchen were supplied from Denmark.

Living rooms were kept in neutral palette and furnished with Italian Gervasoni sofas upholstered in dark blue or grey fabric, Danish coffee tables, Dutch lighting, Belgian side tables and rugs. Our local manufacturer from London made the bespoke curtains.

Gervasoni beds in dark blue or grey linen fabric with matching stitching were fitted in the bedrooms along with two concrete bedside tables and table lamps with natural linen shades.

The terraces were furnished with wooden outdoor furniture.
